( Preparing for a Challenging Year)

Location: NJCM Headquarters Office, 150 W. State St. Trenton
The first New Jersey Conference of Mayors Workshops for 2012 will commence on Friday, January 27, at the NJCM headquarters office at 150 West State St. in Trenton.
Workshop 1, “Mayors Primer” will focus on how to manage scarce resources in these challenging fiscal times and how the use of “Best Practices” has made a difference. This workshop is essential for both new Mayors and Incumbents, council persons and administrators alike as we are all charting a course into austere times. Our challenges are much more difficult now than they ever have been before!
Join us from 9:00am to 12 noon, followed by networking luncheon ( lunch provided) until 1:00pm.
This is an excellent opportunity to interact with expert panelists, network with other Mayors of our state, and learn about ways to provide vision and leadership to your municipality.
