Bipartisan legislation signed buy Acting Governor Kim Guadagno suspending the 2.5% Development Fee.

To continue to create economic development and spur job growth, Acting Governor Guadagno signed legislation to extend the moratorium on the imposition of  fees to non-residential construction projects until July 1, 2013.  This is a great step to encourage commercial development in the state of New Jersey and create jobs.
